Who We Are

About TKPOA

The Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association — a premier lakeside boating and recreational community on the shores of Lake Tahoe since 1963.

Home/About

A Community Like No Other

The Tahoe Keys is a 740-acre private marina community laced with eleven miles of inland waterways located at the southern tip of Lake Tahoe in South Lake Tahoe, California. Most of the 1,500+ members who own homes, townhouses, or vacant lots are situated on one of numerous lagoons, canals, or within the Tahoe Keys and have a private boat dock.

The TKPOA was incorporated in November 1963 as a mutual-benefit nonprofit corporation under California law (501(c)(4)). It is a common interest development with approximately 1,528 member units — comprising roughly 1,193 single-family homes and 335 townhomes.

The association is professionally managed by FirstService Residential, with approximately 20 year-round on-site associates, increasing to 50+ during the summer season. The Pavilion serves as the community clubhouse and administrative office.
