Board Structure

The TKPOA Board of Directors consists of 7 volunteer property owners elected by the membership. Directors serve 2-year terms, with elections held every August. The Board meets monthly and all meetings are open to TKPOA members.

The Board is responsible for the overall governance and management of the association, setting policy, approving budgets, and overseeing the professional management team at FirstService Residential.
