Our Departments
TKPOA is staffed by approximately 20 year-round on-site associates, growing to 50+ during summer, across nine operational departments.
Accounting
Manages the financial operations of TKPOA including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Works closely with the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
Community Design & Review
Also known as the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), this department reviews and approves all construction, renovation, and landscaping plans to ensure compliance with community standards and Best Management Practices.
Front Desk
The first point of contact for homeowners and guests at the Pavilion. Handles general inquiries, access card issuance, and directs residents to appropriate departments and resources.
Landscaping
Maintains the common area landscaping throughout the Tahoe Keys, including native plantings, erosion control, and seasonal maintenance. Supports TKPOA's environmental stewardship goals.
Maintenance
Responsible for the upkeep and repair of all TKPOA common area facilities, including the Pavilion, pools, courts, and other amenities. Handles work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
Recreation
Oversees the operation of all recreational facilities including the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and organizes community events and activities through the Keys Lifestyle program.
Enforcement Patrol
Provides 24/7 security patrol throughout the Tahoe Keys community, enforces community rules and regulations, and responds to security concerns and emergencies.
Water System
Manages the TKPOA private water system that serves the community, ensuring safe and reliable water delivery, system maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Water Quality
Monitors and manages water quality in the Tahoe Keys lagoons and waterways, including aquatic invasive species management, sediment reduction, and environmental compliance programs.
